This compact stoloniferous form of K.angustifolia was found growing within a few hundred feet of the Hammonasset River in Connecticut in 1961. Foliage is a rich blue evergreen. Rose-red flowers are 1/2", across borne in up to 2" diameter corymbs from June to July.
A very hardy medium textured evergreen shrub native to Michigan down through Georgia. The foliage is a beautiful blue green color. Rose-pink flowers are borne in late June. Requires a cool, moist, acidic, organic soil for best performance. Great for naturalizing and works well with other broadleaf evergreen.
