A dwarf vase-shaped, low growing Japanese Plum Yew. Leaves are a lustrous dark green throughout the season. Plant has flat top with branches spreading outward. This aristocratic evergreen possesses considerable heat tolerance and as all plum yews, isn't a favorite deer snack food! This lower form originated as a branch sport of 'Fastigiata' at Duke Gadens in Durham, NC.
