Description: This selection has the typical star-shaped flowers of deep red that show up nicely against the dark green lance-shaped foliage centered with a lighter green to gold. Wonderfully fragrant foliage is very resistant to deer browsing. Illiciums are great evergreen shrubs that deserve wider use for hedges or specimen plants in partial to full shade.
