Description: This beardless, crestless iris produces tall coppery red flowers in mid spring. A fast grower with long 18-24" iris leaves. Butterflies and hummingbirds love this one. Prefers very moist soil like a pond or bog but can be nursed in average garden soil. Works well in a mixed border planting.
