Description: Edgeworthia are shrubs that look like giant Daphne and yes they are in the same family. This variety was introduced by NC nurseryman and Asian plant hunter Ted Stephens. He made a great effort to find the best clone of this plant to offer. There are many on the market, but he feels that this one is the best. Yellow and white very fragrant flowers appear in golf-ball sized clusters at the ends of the branches in early spring before the leaves.
