Description: This North American native is a standout. The large flower spikes are loaded with fragrant, pure white flowers in late summer. The individual flowers are roughly the size of a dime, about twice the size of a typical Clethra. There are few plants that offer such wonderful fragrance in late summer. Butterflies adore this plant.
This plant is strong growing and healthyplant with attractive glossy, dark green leaves.
