Hybridized/Introduced By: Mezitt/Weston Nursery Parentage: (catawbiense hybrid)
Description: Upright and robust, this is a tough and colorful rhododendron. Selected from hybrids of R. catawbiense in an open field at Weston Nurseries, Hopkinton, Massacheusetts. 'Nantucket' has flowers of a bright rose pink, held in compact rounded trusses. Leaves are dark green and slightly recurved.
