THERMOPSIS chinensis 'Sophia'
|
Description: A hardy perennial that erupts in a profusion of brilliant yellow flower spikes in early spring with tulips and daffodils. This compact perennial maintains a neat and tidy habit through the entire growing season and is better behaved than our native Carolina Lupine. It prefers to be planted in the full sun, tolerates drought and dry soils, and deserves a place in a garden of any size. Named for the daughter of Dan and Becky Long.
