Hybridized/Introduced By: Kehr Parentage: ('Sundance' polyploid)
Description: Flowers, leaves, and stems are larger and flowers are slightly deeper yellow in color than 'Sundance' and open somewhat later. Auggie Kehr used colchicine to double the chromosomes of the pentaploid (5x) 'Sundance', producing the decaploid (10x) 'Sun Ray'. The flowers of 'Sun Ray' are 9 inches across.
