CEANOTHUS x pallidus 'Marie Simon'
|
Description: Ceanothus x pallidus is a hybrid group allegedly resulting from the further crossing of C. x delilianus with Ceanothus ovatus, an eastern species. 'Marie Simon' is one of the most beautiful. A plant with dainty habit, 'Marie Simon' grows from 2 to 3 feet tall and forms broad mounds. The soft pink flowers are produced in dense conical clusters on the new growth in June. Sporadic flowering may continue into September. This is a vigorous plant that makes an impressive display.
