Description: This plant's flowers are double and bright orange red and appear in late May. Small but plentiful, the center resembles a floral "button". Plant is mounded and dense growing with medium green leaves. Over all this is a first clas plant that deserves a place in more gardens. We obtained our original plants from Dr. Nick Nikou in Connecticut. It is probably a Japanese selection, perhaps via Joe Gable. We would appreciate any additional information about this remarkable plant. | ||||
