Description: This superb variety has become justifiably famous of late. Graceful, bell-shaped, deep violet-blue flowers with near white edges are borne continuously from June to September. Stems don't twine, they can either be trained to grow upright onto some support, or better yet, allowed to scramble through perennials and shrubs. 'Rooguchi' can also be grown in large containers. Bred by Kazushige Ozawa, Japan from American species. Pruning group #3.
