Description: We love Japanese anemones for their lovely floral display in August and September, but the dark green, deeply divided foliage is also a plus! 'Serenade' has semi-double medium pink flowers and is one of the most vigorous cultivars, reaching 40 inches high. Strong stems make this selection a good cut flower as well. Top rated by the Chicago Botanic Garden. Japanese anemones prefer sun or part shade, humusy, moisture retentive soil and spread when happy. Zones 4-8. 3-4 x 2-3 feet. | ||||
