PICEA orientalis 'Skylands' (Aurea Compacta)

Description: This broadly upright golden form of the Oriental Spruce is thought to have come from Skyland Farms in NJ. It has sold for many years under the name 'Aurea Compacta'. It is slower growing and more compact than the species and should reach about five feet in 10 years, growing 3-6 inches a year.
