SOLIDAGO sphacelata 'Golden Fleece'
|
Description: You and the butterflies will love the profusion of golden-yellow floral spires produced from mid-September to October! It performs best in full sun with average moisture but will tolerate both moderate shade and hot, dry sites. Evaluation under diverse conditions at Mt. Cuba Center in Delaware determined 'Golden Fleece' to be a low, compact form of the species, suitable for use as an herbaceous perennial ground cover.
