Description: Introduced by Leo Blanchette of Massachusetts a few years ago, then it disappeared. This variegated form is extremely rare. We believe we are the only source. Irregular creamy streaks and splashes add interest to the pea-like foliage. Beautiful spikes of blue flowers appear in June and are followed by inflated green pods that dry to decorative black rattles for winter interest. Limited supply. This long-lived legume grows in full sun in average soil.
