Description: A vegetatively propagated selection by Tony Avent made from seed collected from a wild population in Wayne County, NC. B. alba is a great species, the newly emerging shoots look like asparagus! 'Wayne's World' is a vigorous growing selection that forms a full-figured upright clump to 4 feet tall. In June, the 3 feet wide emerging clumps are topped with dramatic 18 inch spikes of white flowers.
