Hybridized/Introduced By: Lewis Parentage: (minus Carolinianum Group white flwd. X dauricum 'Arctic Pearl') Description: Breeder Dave Lewis always looked for rhododendrons that seem to be illuminated from within, so the name is very fitting. This medium growing lepidote blooms early, just after PJM, but the flowers are quite different, white with lavender edges. Although 'Arctic Glow' is early, it is late enough to escape most of those late frosts, and its “glow” fills in a part of the season that has little other bloom. | ||||
