HYDRANGEA macrophylla Princess Lace™ 'HYDMAD III'
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: Michael Dirr Parentage: 'Veitchii' open pollinated
Description: One of four new hydrangeas in plant guru Mike Dirr's “Royal MajesticsTM” Series. The following is from his description: “Princess LaceTM is a white lacecap maturing pink in non-aluminum soil or with a slight blue tinge in aluminum soil. The lustrous dark green leaves are the largest on any seedling or cultivar observed. The foliage is also highly mildew resistant and, along with 'Blushing Bride'TM, as close to immune as possible with H. macrophylla. Princess LaceTM displays exceptional vigor, and the stems are strong and hold the flowers upright.
