HEUCHERA 'Purple Mountain Majesty'
|
Description: A Primrose Path™ introduction. It is one of their (and our) favorite new Heuchera. Compact purple foliage with light silver markings balances the large white flowers on erect 18 to 24-inch stems in late Spring. The flowers are almost globular in shape and about 1/2 inch (12 mm) long. 'Purple Mountain Majesty' has been more sun tolerant in the past several years than almost any of the other new heuchera hybrids. The good compact proportions of 'Purple Mountain Majesty' and its very erect growth habit make it an excellent choice for containers or to grow in a raised bed or rock garden.
