Description: Also known as the ”goddess” magnolia, 'Diva' bears large, fragrant, deep pink flowers in great profusion. The original plant was grown at Veitch’s Coombe Wood Nursery from seed collected by E. H. Wilson. It was the only seedling with pink flowers, the rest were white. Grows into a large, broad-spreading tree to 50 feet. Very cold-hardy, 'Diva' has been a popular and successful parent for hybridizers. | ||||
