HOSTA 'Little Sunspot'
|
Description: This 1996 introduction from Brigg's Nursery is a sensational little plant. It arose as a micropropagation sport from the classic all gold variety 'Little Aurora' which also sported 'Tatoo' and 'Sultana,' which has the reverse variegation. 'Little Sunspot' has gold-centered leaves with a wide dark margin. Blooms late June/early July; flowers are pale lavender on 24" scapes. A very prim and proper-looking plant. Gorgeous!
