Description: Although grown from seed found in Manchuria, 'Cheyenne' is an excellent lilac for warm climates. Blooming 7 to 10 days earlier than common lilacs, it forms a symmetrical plant with pink buds opening to single light blue flowers. Very fragrant! One of the few lilacs to exhibit significant fall color, its' broad oval leaves turn burgundy or bronze in autumn.
