Description: Large, single white, fragrant flowers completely cover this multi-stemmed, rounded plant in early-mid April. 'Betsy Ross' is the first lilac cultivar to be released by the U.S. National Arboretum, the result of a breeding program to develop superior, disease-tolerant lilacs for warmer climates.
