Description: Back by customer demand. In Hydrangeas for American Gardens, Michael Dirr describes this as a smaller-statured and more compact shrub which reaches 6 feet high by 6 feet wide. Flowers average 6 inches in length, with creamy white sepals which turn a glowing amethyst as they age, and hold their color when dry. Flowers are held upright, similar to 'Snow Queen'. Fall leaf color is red to reddish-purple.
