HYDRANGEA arborescens 'Riven Lace' (aka 'Emerald Lace','Green Dragon')
|
Parentage: Selection from the wild
Description: The foliage is extremely distinctive. Leaves are very dark green, heavily lobed and fringed. Flowers are normal for the species, attractive white lacecaps. The plant grows very easily and forms a dense non-flopping upright mound.
We originally received this as 'Green Dragon', later were told the name should be 'Emerald Lace', but now the originator has stepped forward and set the record straight with the name 'Riven Lace'.
