R. (AZALEA) DECIDUOUS austrinum 'Dave Lewis' Yellow'
|
Description: This clone was a selection made by Dave Lewis and grown in his famous New Jersey garden. He grew it on the edge of a drop-off isolated from the other rhododendrons that could not compete with it when in bloom. It is fragrant on a compact upright plant, and its yellow flowers really seem to glow in the sunlight.
