Description: Suprisingly hardy, this tall growing, upright plant has exceptionaly large, heavy textured flowers that are a soft, light yellow with a red accent in the throat. The leaves are also large, glossy, veined, and distinctive. The overall effect is stately. Phyllis will not be confused with any other rhododendrons.
