RHODODENDRON 'Palomino'
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: (unknown) Parentage: (unknown)
Description: Raised by Palomino, distributed by Elmer Morris. 'Palomino' is actually a reference to the grower, but serendipitously it does give an indication of the color, too. This medium sized rhododendron with good foliage and habit bears large formal trusses of tinted ivory white with a prominent blotch of tannish blonde. The overall effect is hard to describe, but appealing and different, much like the horse. 'Palomino' is a unique attention getter.
