RHODODENDRON 'Silver Sovereign'
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: Morris/Schannen Parentage: (R. yakushimanum X smirnowii)
Description: Hank Schannen received this plant from Elmer Morris in the 90's, and finally named it!! Compared to the other plants in our collection of this cross, this one is definitely the fastest and tallest grower. It tends to be somewhat more upright than wide, remains well clothed, and has excellent silvery-white compact trusses. We think highly of it and believe you will, too.
