RHODODENDRON 'Delp's Dream' ('D. D.')
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: Weldon Delp Parentage: ('SiSi' X 'Serendipity')
Description: The hybridizer Weldon Delp selected and named a great many rhododendrons. One of his dreams was to create a hardy yellow-flowered plant with indumented leaves. With this plant he realized this difficult goal. It is an attractive plant, with a symmetrical, compact, mounded habit, deep matte green oval leaves with light beige indumentum. Flowers are clear light yellow in full rounded trusses. This is a rare offering.
