SYRINGA reticulata var. mandshurica
|
Description: A smaller, more shrubby version of reticulata, which usually grows 20-30 feet. Flowers are white, in large 6-12 inch panicles. We've been attempting to discipline these to grow as trees with variable
success. They are beginning to develop nice peeling bark.
