RHODODENDRON 'Huggy Bear'
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: Delp
Description: One of Delp's multitudinous hybrids, we like this for two distinctive features. One, it grows vigorously and seems to take our hot summers in stride. Two, it blooms very late for a lepidote (a trait probably inherited from chapmani) in a nice clear shade of medium pink. Plant grows in the shape of a mound, as wide as tall, with relatively large and rugose leaves.
