RHODODENDRON 'Rona Pink'
|
Hybridized/Introduced By: Dexter/Koenig Parentage: (unknown)
Description: Tom Koenig, a fellow "Jersey Guy," was an early collector of Dexter hybrids. Over time he amassed a respectable collection of Dexters. From a flat of unidentified Dexter cuttings he selected 'Rona Pink', still one of the best Dexters to grow. It is very floriferous and the beautiful fragrant silvery pink pinnacle-shaped trusses cover the plant in midseason. We are impressed with how well 'Rona Pink' grows at RareFind Nursery. Well worth growing.
