Parentage: (parentage unknown)

Description: People often come to RareFind Nursery inquiring about fragrant Rhododendrons. Few can rival 'Dexter's Honeydew' which fills the area with fragrance when in full bloom. This is a medium plant that forms a mound wider than high. It can be sprawly, but pinching when young will shape it up. The flowers are rewarding; apricot in color and similar to 'Dexter's Champagne', but 'Dexter's Honeydew' blooms earlier. This is a "first choice" fragrant rhododendron.
