Hybridized/Introduced By: (collected by CS Kuo and named by Polly Hill) Parentage: (from nakahari seed collected from Mount Seven Star, Taiwan)
Description: This is a very low growing late blooming azalea with tiny shiny rounded leaves. The flowers are a brick red and bloom in late June for us. This is virtually a groundcover for the small garden with the added benefit of vivid, hard-to-miss red flowers at the end of the blooming season.
