ACER palmatum 'Beni hime'
|
Description: This is one of the smallest of the Japanese maples. The name translates as Dwarf Red. The leaves are the typical palmate form, but small. Young leaves are red, changing from the mid-vein out to green as they mature, retaining reddish hints along the margins.
