LOBELIA cardinalis
|
Description: Few plants can produce such an electric, eye-popping RED as our native cardinal flower! Upright flower spikes are produced for a long period in midsummer on a 2-3 foot plant. Adequate moisture and sun are musts, but then what a show! Plant at the edge of a driveway or parking lot where runoff will keep it thriving.
