Description: Native to the Southastern US, but this cultivar was developed in the Netherlands. Unlike most other H. arborescens varieties, strong stems carry the numerous dome-shaped blooms starkly upright, even after heavy rain. The lacy white flowers create a truly Victorian effect. | ||||
