Description: This unusual daphne relative is a smaller shrub growing to about 5 x 5 feet. Stout branches hold whorls of leaves at the branch tips. Flowers appear is golf ball sized clusters at the ends of the branches before the leaves emerge. This is the very rare, smaller and slower-growing cultivar from Japan that boasts crayon-
orange flowers. Grows best in moist soil in sun or partial shade.
