Our Guarantee (It's Simple) If you are unhappy with anything we do, please let us know. We will endeavor to make it right! We take great pride in our packing, and appreciate the positive notes we receive about the great condition in which our plants arrived. This year we called in a shipping consultant to help us improve our shipping procedures. We found ourselves shipping more 4 to 6 foot trees, such as dogwoods, magnolias and Japanese maples. To insure that our boxes are strong enough to withstand the "1,000 pound gorilla test," our consultant devised a reinforced box strong enough to safely ship larger plants - especially those that are long and narrow.
