RareFind Nursery is a retail / mail-order nursery that offers unusual hardy plants, rhododendrons, azaleas, native perennials, trees, shrubs, dogwoods, magnolias, conifers, Japanese maples, variegated plants, shade plants and deer-resistant plants!

2012 Catalog Update

The 2012 Catalog is now on our web site so you can see all the new and exciting offerings for 2012. The web site is currently being updated to match the Catalog and should be completed within about 10 days. It's a big job, so we appreciate your patience. In case of size, price and availability discrepancies, the catalog will supersede the web site. (It should be noted that there are and will be more offerings listed online than in the catalog. These are items we have in quantities too small to list in the catalog.)

You can order now from the 2012 Catalog by using the order form from the catalog and sending payment by check or credit card OR by calling us (732-833-0613) to place your order between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We will send out an email alert when the web site is completely updated. Remember, we personally review each order when it arrives and your credit card is not charged until your order is either picked or shipped. Therefore, if there are any discrepancies with what is actually available we will contact you before your order is finalized.

We have held shipping charges at last year's level (in spite of increases in box costs and from UPS and FedEx) with one exception - for larger or oversized plants we've had to increase that charge from $15.00 to $20.00. This is noted in the catalog.

For your convenience and ease of working with the downloadable Catalog online, we have divided it into sections so they are smaller, easier and quicker to download.

Winter Hours

RareFind Nursery is now open by appointment only until we officially re-open for the spring on Saturday March 17th. We are currently putting the finishing touches on the 2012 catalog, which will be posted on the web site as soon as it is finished. You may order a copy here. If you are a current customer (you have purchased from us in the past year) you will receive a copy of the 2012 print catalog in the mail.

If you prefer to use our web site and do not need a paper catalog, help save a tree and we will remove you from the print catalog mailing list. (click here) (Remember, the web site has many more items which are not listed in the catalog!)
