- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at no additional charge.
- For mailed in orders, we also take checks, money orders and purchase orders.

If you have not yet received your order...

Call or e-mail us. If the order has been sent, we can provide you a tracking number, or track the package ourselves for you.


If you have received a partial shipment...

Sometimes we experience crop failures (yes, it's sadly so!) and sometimes we sell out of particular items. Occasionally, we feel the quality of plant is not suitable to be sold, so we will not send it. We know how dissapointing it is to be expecting that new and rare plant and not receive it, so we really do try our best to fill your order. Sometimes we have a younger crop in the works, so we may backorder some items. Please let us know if you do NOT want items backordered.


If you would like to cancel an order after receiving email confirmation...

If you would like to cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@rarefindnursery.com and/or give us a call at 732-833-0613. We will be happy to cancel your order provided that it has not been delivered.


If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card account...

RareFindNursery.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified via email and/or phone and asked to provide another card. Accounts are usually charged within 24 to 48 hours. When we process the order, if for some reason did not go through or is canceled, the authorization will be cleared off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy. All charges will read as 'RareFind Nursery, Inc.' on your credit card statement.


If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order...

With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation, the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you email us at support@rarefindnursery.com and/or give us a call at 732-833-0613. We'll look in to the situation for you.


If you have any questions about our shipping procedures...

We do not ship to AK, AZ, CA, HI, OR or WA at this time due to these states' onerous inspection requirements. If needed, please supply us with a requested shipping date in the "Comments" field during the checkout process. We will try our best to meet your requirements. We normally ship only on Mon., Tues. and Wed. to prevent plants sitting around in a warehouse over a weekend. However, if you live very close, or we deem the plants are dormant enough to withstand a longer time in a box, and/or if you live more than 5 days delivery time from us we may send out orders on Thurs or Fri as well. We will ship at any time during the year at our discretion that the weather is not unhealthily hot or cold for the plants.

If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Costs...

We charge a flat rate of 25% or 30% of your plant order, minimum charge of $10. If you live nearby, or have a large order, consider picking it up in person at the nursery. To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart and the shipping total will automatically be calculated during checkout. Please be advised that we ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested.


Do we ship internationally?

Please contact us at support@rarefindnursery.com. We would require an official import permit from your country with the exact plant inspection requirements clearly stated.


Do we accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, but by postal mail only.


What are the advantages of registering?

Online account registering makes online shopping safe and easy. An online account is a profile of information about you that is stored on our secure servers. It can only be accessed by entering your user name and password. An online account makes it easy to place orders because it eliminates the need to re-key your shipping, billing, other account information each time you place an order. Online accounts also enable you to check the status of any order you place with RareFindNursery.com.


Is my order subject to state sales tax?

Only orders shipped to New Jersey addresses are subject to 7% state sales tax.


Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a "https://" at the beginning of the URL and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom right corner of the window.
